ABOUT THE RACE
Join us on Saturday, January 11, 2025 at Sportsplex in Opelika for our first annual Worthy Squared- Warriors for Freedom 5K! Every step you take is for HER freedom on January 11th, which is also National Human Trafficking Awareness Day! 1 Mile Fun Run starts at 8:00AM and the 5K starts at 8:30AM.

At Worthy Squared, we believe that everyone deserves to be truly free. You can become a champion for change and run for freedom on January 11th! The run is more than an event—it’s a rallying call to stand strong alongside survivors, advocating for dignity, freedom, and an end to trafficking...because she is WORTH it!

Our goal is to raise money for victim services and raise awareness of sex trafficking, happening right here in our Alabama communities.

RACE VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Are you not a runner but still want to be involved in our Warriors for Freedom 5k? We would love to have you participate as a volunteer. During race day, we have several opportunities for volunteers. Some opportunities include Runner Registration Table, Course Assistants, Race Refuel Stations, Clean Up, and more.
